Welding Class Honored
Monroe County Community College
Welding Grant Staff marked the third class of 21
students to complete the accelerated,
10-week welding course that is
funded through a Community Based Job Training Grant from the U.S.
Department of Labor on June 8, 2010. It is expected that
nearly 240 students will utilize the grant over the next three
years. MCCC President, Dr. Nixon congratulated each student on their
completion of the accelerated welding course.
